Circus Change UP comprises 10 Working Groups. Each of them is led by two conveners.

Daisy Drury is the Circus Change UP Project Manager. She is overseeing the logistics of the project and is working with the conveners to ensure the Working Groups collaborate and join up their thinking.

The conveners for the Working Groups are:

• Mission 1 | Resource Centre: Lissy Lovett (Mimbre) and Tina Koch (Ockham’s Razor)

• Mission 2 | Creative Development: Kate Hartoch (Bristol Circus City) and Ezra Trigg (Gorilla Circus)

• Mission 3 | Touring: Amanda O’Reilly (Worthing Theatres and Museum) and Charmaine Childs (Strong Lady Productions)

• Mission 4 | Networking and Showcases: Axel Satgé (Split Second) and Camille Benssousan (Upswing Aerial)

• Mission 5 | Youth Circus and Circus in Education: Lynn Carroll (CircusWorks) and Annabel Carberry (The Oak Circus Centre)

• Mission 6 | Circus Training and Education | Currently on hold. Circus in Education is being covered by Mission 5.

• Mission 7 | Career Pathways, Health and Wellbeing: Silvia Fratelli (Mimbre) and Shaena Brandel (Pirates of the Carabina)

• Mission 8 | Inclusion and Representation: Sascha Goslin (Freelance Creative Producer) and Vicki Amedume (Upswing Aerial)

• Sector Support Group | Covid-19 | Di Robson (Barely Methodical Troupe) and Kevin Wratten (Split Second)

• Sector Support Group | Advocacy and Reputation | TBC
